In three halls there are monuments, found in the Roman town Ulpia Oescuc near the village of Gigen, in the late-antique and early-Byzantine fortress Storgozia near Pleven; architectural details, multicoloured floor mosaics, sculptures and bronze plastic arts of deities from the Greek-Roman pantheon, objects for everyday use, gold ornaments.

Mosaic “Achaeans”, central area, III c., the village of Gigen. The mosaic was discovered in the Roman town Ulpia Oescus during excavation in 1948.
